Our Mission & Strategy
We were distributors of an electric scooter Made in China. After having observed the tendencies of the market during several years and having received from bad returns about the Chinese quality, we have decided to create our own scooter Made in France. Weve chosen to make produce Happy Scoot in France, because we can control and check the quality of raw materials used as well as competence of the hand of French work at the industrial level. The factory is near our head office. It represents a real trump card for the quality of products. Indeed, we can thus check and test products directly before sending them. Scooters are made from aluminium/foil and from stainless steel. We have chosen the Onymax Company as the manufacture and the assembly of materials.
The group Oxymax is specialized in the cut and the joining of metals, they work for big industrial groups. We have realized a period of test on battery-driven vehicle, to determine their capacity to drive in difficult conditions (rain, wind, snow ). The design was made by a designer specialized in the creation of battery-driven vehicles. He joined to a draughtsman to create an easily practicable product at the industrial level. Happy Scoot has been conceived to be arranged in the biggest number of the safes of car.
Our Strategy
After having realized several studies and several prototypes, our products are ready to be marketed. We wish to create a large-scale production while staying in the listening of the consumers. Indeed, our products are customizable; it will be realized to order.
Meet The Team
Steven FRIANT // CEO
Awarded of a business school of Lille (IESEG), Steven Friant worked for a long time in the banking environment, in various companies, until to become a trader. Then, he went to the commercial management for a property developer. Pushed by the desire to dash into the entrepreneurship, he has decided to create his first one society in 2009. Finally, he has created two other companies, the agency of communication TROTANDGO and MOBILANDGO. Steven Friant loves meeting challenges. He has decided to create the electric scooter Happy Scoot.
Mickael F. // Ingeneer
Mickael F. studied to the institute of applied mathematics then he has integrated the school of the merchant navy which has allowed him to get an engineering degree. Today, he is an engine driver on the biggest tug boat of France. He must be able to insure the good functioning of devices before and during the journeys. Having knowledge in electronics, electrotechnics and automatic, he insures the functioning of Happy Scoot.
Jean-Charles & Kevin // Designers
Jean-Charles is designer for several years is and specialized in the universe of the transport. He draws the Happy Scoot models of tomorrow..
Kevin studies art and design. His past experience as a craftman (metalworker) for severals industries in Brittany provides him a high regard on industrial networks. Loving all types of engines, he definitely joined us to improve our electric scooter. As a designer, he largely contributed to the creation of Happy Scoot and even to its prototype.
